Cocktail of the week: The Bushman’s Sling

We love a good food and booze event and this Sunday, April 13, Mr Wow’s Emporium and Jabili’s Kitchen will be hosting ‘Slings & Sliders’. The Meatball & Wine Bar - Richmond, La Chinesca, The Kodiak Club and Loop Bar will be sending over their best to create signature Slings you’ll only get to experience exclusively at the event.
This week’s cocktail of the week is the Bushman’s Sling. Think Singapore Sling with an Aussie twist as Mr Wow’s adds Australian gin from Perth and Aussie-made blackcurrant liqueur.

Bushman’s Sling
40ml West Winds Gin
15ml TMD Blackcurrant liqueur
10ml Triple Sec
10ml Caraway Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
5ml Grenadine
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake and strain into highball glass over ice and garnish with cherry & mint.
