This May Chin Chin is gearing up to open its third restaurant, Kong.
Mixing Japanese and Korean flavours with US slow cooking techniques, Kong ticks all the foodie boxes any self-respecting Melbourne restaurant needs these days.
Ahead of the launch we caught up with the Kong crew to learn the secret of making perfect kimchi and barbecued meat.
