Meet Melbourne’s most out-there rap crew, the L-Burn Trill. These guys are like an Australian version of the Wu-Tang Clan (except for a couple of ex-pat Americans), except with playing to warped fun and eccentric wordplay over serious gangster rhetoric.
Join Aoi, Class A, Yes-No-Maybe, Mr DNA, Eppsilon, DOS4GW and Kwasi Bongo on a journey through the hive mind that is L-Burn, with no charge necessary at the door. This is hip-hop music from another (rather obtuse) angle, with guest angles provided weekly throughout June by Uncomfortable Beats, Dyl Thomas and Bossman/Namine.
For a taste, you can search for their many free albums on Bandcamp (just do a Google search), or check out their new clip here.
WHEN: Mondays, 11/18/25 June, 9pm-12am
WHERE: Laundry Bar, 50 Johnson Street, Fitzroy
