Pot Luck - Arctic Fox Lager
Posted by Simon Lewis
25. Mar, 2011
Arctic Fox is a great little micro-brewery out in Dandenong that produces a few types of beers and does them well, brewing small batches in the traditional method. The Arctic Fox Lager was their first, launched in 2008.
A serious lager. A pleasing nose of orange peel, malt and herbal hops (albeit quite subtle). The flavour has a definite refreshing character and fullish and round through the middle palate.
Again orange peel comes to mind with a touch of spice, a soft malty mouth feel and good carbonation.
